Following are my favorite products and services.
EFAs (Essential Fatty Acids)
Whole Food Supplement
(Note: I no longer recommend a traditional vitamin; a whole food supplement is preferred)
Isagenix Greens (US/EN)
Isagenix Fruits (US/EN)
Garden of Life

Protein Shake
Isagenix has whey protein from "happy cows" in New Zealand which I think is of excellent quality. (In general, it's better to avoid dairy) They also have non-dairy shakes.
Probiotic
If possible, go to a local health food store and ask for a recommendation for a liquid probiotic from the refrigerated section. Alternatively, you can order these gel caps.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar is the only brand I recommend.
Psyllium Husks
I will warn you upfront, many students cannot stomach the psyllium and prefer to stick with lemon water. The key is to add a tiny amount of psyllium at first and drink lots and lots of water. Otherwise, it can have the opposite effect of the one intended.
This is the brand I have used for years:
As an alternative, my naturopath recently recommended ground psyllium:
Unsweetened Cranberry Juice
Trader Joe's brand is excellent, so if you have one nearby, that is ideal since it's cheaper than Knudson's, which is carried by some grocery stores, but can be a little hard to find.
Mini-Trampoline/Rebounder
Stretchbands
You don't have to join a gym, if you don't want to. These simple stretch bands can give you a great workout.
